For patients

Book your doctor in about a minute.

No account to open first, no phone calls, and no waiting to find out whether your slot exists. Your prescription arrives on WhatsApp.

Booking, step by step

  1. 1

    Open your doctor’s link

They will share it on a prescription, a Facebook page or over WhatsApp. You do not need an account to start.

  2. 2

Pick a day and a time

You will only be shown times the doctor is actually free.

  3. 3

    Fill in your details

Your complaint, your history, any allergies. You do this once — the next time you book, it is already there.

  4. 4

    Confirm your WhatsApp number

A six-digit code arrives on WhatsApp. This is how the doctor will reach you.

  5. 5

Attach old reports, if you have them

Previous prescriptions or test reports can be added now, so the doctor sees them before you meet.

  6. 6

Sign in with Google to send it

That is the last step. Your request goes to the doctor, who approves it.

After you book

You will hear back

On WhatsApp and by email: when the doctor approves, if a payment is needed, a reminder ten minutes before, and a call at your appointment time.

Paying, if the doctor asks for it

A link arrives and you pay with bKash, Nagad or a card. Your appointment is confirmed once the payment goes through. Some doctors collect at the chamber instead.

Joining a video consultation

Open the app at your appointment time and join. The consultation lasts fifteen minutes.

Your prescription

It arrives on WhatsApp as a PDF you can keep, show at a pharmacy, or print. It is also saved in your account.

Everything stays yours

You get an account of your own, not just a booking confirmation.

Questions

Things patients ask.

Do I need to create an account first?
No. Start booking straight away. You sign in with Google at the last step, to send the request.
Is my appointment confirmed right away?
No. The doctor reviews the request first. If they collect the fee online, it is confirmed once your payment goes through.
Can I cancel or change it?
Yes, with enough notice. Most practices ask for twelve hours to cancel and twenty-four to move an appointment — your doctor sets this.
What if I do not have a smartphone?
Shifora works in any browser, on a computer as well as a phone. A video consultation needs a camera and microphone.
Who can see my medical information?
Your doctor’s practice. Your reports are stored privately and are never available at a public address.
Can I book for a family member?
Not from your own account — each patient has their own profile. They will need to book with their own Google account.

Is your doctor on Shifora?

You book through your own doctor's link — there is no directory to search here. If they do not use Shifora yet, they are welcome to ask us about it.
